What housing design elements are most important to you?

To support the City of Spokane's housing needs, middle housing (such as duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes) has been permitted within all of Spokane's neighborhoods for the last couple of years. Additionally, to meet state required affordable housing requirements, more areas of the City are proposed to be designated for higher residential capacity through PlanSpokane 2046. 

Supporting greater housing capacity within the City of Spokane means more units, some of greater height than previously permitted, within existing neighborhoods. BUILDSpokane is seeking community feedback on how to support this new housing while recognizing the existing built environment.
