During the PlanSpokane 2046 engagement, community members expressed a desire for neighborhood-serving commercial uses. Uses such as neighborhood corner stores, cafes, mixed-use retail, restaurants, childcare, groceries, and others were preferred. 

BUILDSpokane is now asking the community, in addition to the type of uses, what scale and design of uses do you envision for your neighborhood?
